The staff were friendly and helpful.
Basically they've cut corners to make efficient use of space, without concern for the comfort of the guests. Lockers are located directly adjacent to the capsules, so you'll be listening to the noisy noises of lockers opening and closing, packs unzipping and zipping late into the night. Maybe that's ok if you're dead drunk, but otherwise bring ear plugs. I've stayed in other capsule hotels and the lockers are always separated from the capsule area. Space is so cramped that you'll be bumping into the customers frequently. Also, no slipper provided so you'll walk around the premises barefoot on the way back from the bath. Anyone for athlete's foot? Is this Japan? No day lockers provided though there is an unmanaged space for leaving your luggage. Other capsule hotels usually have coin lockers for day storage.

Onsen was quite good.
Small cramped dirty capsule. Old tv, most buttons didn't work on console.

I recently stayed at Capsule Value in Kanda and had a fantastic experience. I was visiting Tokyo for a few days and the hotel was conveniently located near both Kanda and Tokyo train stations. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a 7-eleven nearby for any essentials. The capsule hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly private. The Japanese-style bath was a nice touch and the staff were friendly and helpful. a great stay!
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

It was my first time to try a capsule hotel. And I wasn't disappointed. (",) all facilities were spic and span. The location is also just one stop away from tokyo terminal.
For those who are shy, taking a shower with other naked men might be a problem.

Mind-blowingly good value for Tokyo city! SUPER close to Tokyo Station & Kanda Station. Jaw-droppingly cheap but still offers a traditional Japanese experience. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including a local curry place on the 5th floor. The hosts are incredibly helpful and speak English. Free Wi-Fi and a lift available. Only a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Station. Must-have ear-plugs for a sound sleep in capsule beds and shared bathrooms. Made lots of friends, both locals and tourists.

The capsules were surprisingly spacious and had their own TVs, which was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel. the location was very convenient, with easy access to both the main train station and a popular street with great food and drink options.
The capsules could have been more soundproof. I could hear snoring and other noises from neighboring capsules, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
